"Use this company as a stepping stone and eye-candy for your resume. Do not plan on staying long."
What don't you like about working at DC Entertainment?
"Bad communication from the executive team. Top management team keeps the company's immediate and future direction to itself. Inconsistent and arbitrary micromanaging. Stifled follow-through. No team building departmentally or inter-departmentally. No training or chance for promotion. Poorly executed performance reviews. Inability to review managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You'll get a better sense of the dissatisfaction from talking to the teams that make up each department rather than the department leaders."
