"I worked at Diesel Machinery Inc for 6 months. I was brought on to implement technology, improve process, train employees, improve marketing information, and grow sales. I was working at relocating. At my 90 day review I received a $15,000 bonus for doing such a good job. Three months after that when I had really made significant improvements, I was rewarded with severance pay and verbally told I was terminated without explanation. The professionalism used at this point was sickening."
