"Only the insurance benefits and even those are quite lacking."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Employee Beware'!! This truly is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They discriminate against women, age, and honest people with work ethics and integrity. It is a well oiled 'Greed Machine' and all management is out for themselves and will sacrifice and lie at any level to cover their own backsides. Believe in yourself, that you can do so much better!"

What don't you like about working at Diamond Resorts International?

"The lack of training, managers who don't take responsibility for their actions, favoritism to the point of altering numbers to bonus 'pet' employees. Making certain employees take a day off so the 'pet' employees can make more money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize you are in a position of 'leadership' not just managing your paperwork. Lead by example, not just 'do what I say and not as I do'. How old school to think you can just sit back and demand people make you money without rolling up your own sleeves."
