"I’ve been employed with Diamond Healthcare for 3 years. The people there are friendly and helpful, and the working environment is quite comfortable. Although the leadership is currently in flux, I’ve found them to be equitable, helpful, and approachable."

Diamond Healthcare Employee

"I moved to Clinton, Maryland for this company and I was not compensated for the move as promised, I was never written up or spoken to about any work related issues by my immediate supervisor. However, 6 months after I moved I was fired without cause. I found out later that this is a pattern with Diamond Healthcare - previous managers, DONS, etc... had been fired without justification. In most companies they let you go after 90 days if they don't like your performance, but with Diamond they wait 180 days, just as you are getting comfortable and then BAM, let you go with no reason provided."
