"Most of the people are fantastic, and genuinely enthusiastic about the industry they support."

"I wouldn't recommend it. Digital distribution has come to comic books. Digital distribution tends to flatten out layers of business process. Diamond is America's sole remaining distributor of physical, printed comic books. Their future is not bright."
What don't you like about working at Diamond Comics?
"Lack of consistent senior management support and direction. Lack of backing on critical issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up. Get serious. You have a ticking two-year clock that will destablize or eliminate your company when the alarm goes off."

"Enjoyed the products we distributed. Enjoyed working with friends. Liked dealing with publishers and other vendors."

"If you love the genre, don't apply. Compensation is low."

"Upper management. No room for growth. The atmosphere is toxic, longer term employee's are poorly treated. And compensation is below average for the area."
