"I was able to work my way up by doing what I was good at and essentially creating my own positions to give me the experience I wanted. I eventually hit a ceiling though."

"You may need to start as an agent, but you can work up quick."

"IT locked anything technological down so much it sometimes became hard to perform a lot of tasks required in your job."

"Reassess the access employees at different levels of the company have. Adjust to allow the proper access needed."

"People are pretty civil and easy to work with. They have good companies as clients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Watch out! Most people there act nice but be careful of smiling faces and a few backstabbers. Be prepared to receive low pay."

What don't you like about working at Dialogue Marketing?

"1. Pay is very low compared to similar positions.2. After successfully completing some major clients projects, I was told I was doing well and everyone expressed gratitude for what I had done, then I was fired with no prior warning. You didn't know database well enough. I have no more to say about it. Any further questions was basically what I received. I asked, If you have nothing further to say, so what if I have any questions3. My immediate management and HR were very unprofessional and unorganized. My original employment contract was copied and pasted text, with numerous errors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1. Pay competitive development salaries and be more organized.2. Don't lie to employees and say you think they're doing a good job when you're ready to fire them.3. Provide appropriate resources. I was put in a corner without sufficient furnishings. I even had to bring in my own filing cabinet from home."
