"Limited degrees of freedom to fleece ignorant management. (Current) Plant manager forgets previously issued orders. Been through three plant managers in 4 years."

"Avoid this organization. There are many better ones to work for. It will do if you are out of work."
What don't you like about working at Dialight?
"Been through three plant managers in four years. Other people take credit for personal contributions. Micro managed culture and poor treatment of personnel. Work them to the bone until they drop. Then replace them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's hard to say where to start. The organization could be much more profitable with a focus on quality components. Things like threaded holes in housings instead of self tapping screws with 50 pound torque requirements. Investing in class 101 injection molds for critical components."
