"The people, getting to work creatively, and the hours (10AM-7:30PM), it allows for an early morning workout, etc."

"ICED Media is a substandard agency at best, their processes and culture is stale and not innovative. I would not suggest working here."

What don't you like about working at ICED Media?

"The lack of direction and leadership is problematic, I thrive in a more structured environment, that is forward thinking and innovative. The people who are my superior provide me with little to no insights or help with issues I run into. I do not have the appropriate tools from the higher ups with in the company to do my job effectively."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would encourage a more collaborative environment, with much more transparency between departments, and be available to my team for questions and provide meaningful insights."
