You see, I started in cash handling supporting tellers and bank employees with bank operational task acting as an elevated personal for executing certain transactions. Over the years I moved into technical troubleshooting providing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues across all lines of business. This is one of the reasons I am completing my master's in Information technology because I feel that the future of banking is moving in a direction that will require more action in the digital space drawing insight used in decisions.
