"No. They were closed down as an operating division. Loans were transferred to another division within Deutsche Bank."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simplify processes. Develop lending guidelines with greater detail to identify exceptions. Too much exposure to Hi-Tech and not sufficient diversification in other industries."

"Require more money up front in your salary, the plan is to move the majority of the total compensation package to salaries, so you can expect smaller bonuses outside of the front office top producers."
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
"The culture at DB has changed a lot since I first started working there. It has become a company in which colleagues send emails to their neighboring co-worker instead of turning around and discussing the topic with them face to face. Outsourcing and smartsourcing have become the overwhelming factor across all divisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get back in touch with your employees. Treat them as people instead of headcount, and you'll see productivity increase, I guarantee it."
