"• In charge of 60 union operators for production line • Line inventory • Provide daily reports to upper management regarding production, quality issues both externally and internally • Verified parts were in sequence from the IP to the JIT • Verified adequate operators were in place to run line and adjusted ergonomic rotation and training • Worked with Quality, Engineer, and Maintenance on line and TNAP issues • Maintained operator’s polyvalence was up to date • Reviewed scrap at the end of shift • Check all of the operators ADP for correct E-time • Maintained shift report with micro stops, downtime, final production and scrap"
