"The amount of socializing among employees, over reaction to problems on the shop floor."

"Many small jobs equal the amount of cash flow of one large one, this also keeps your people busy."

"The ability to learn a new for of auto CADD which is called Microstation."

"The constant bickering between the project managers and the detailing department about getting the work out to the customer."

"To give the detailing department ample time to create the drawings to the customer."
