"The people are a closed group of friends. If they don't like you, they get rid of you no matter how well you do your job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develope a system of formal review and a fair process to discipline people. Bringing up rumors and hearsay from 6 months ago is inappropriate to use in a disciplinary discussion."
