"The management was discrimintory on who got what promotion. Example, I was in the same position for 5 years and when I went to reapply for it, I was told I was not qualified. Maybe that is because I was in a 4 hour deposition against them for the same reason for another employee."

"You don't want my suggestion because it may be offensive toward people already in management"
