"For every company of for every store manager it is very important to interact with its team . by that you can always come up with solution of every problems. and then traning and looking after you team because they are future of every company"

"Working hours, salary, proximity to residence, good for first 10 years after joining as fresher."

"Good place for freshers for first 10 years, ok for electronics engineers."

"Performance is not as important as being a yes man, lack of strategic orientation, management not sensitive about human resource, doors are open if someone is not interested. TQM is losing its value, numbers (of suggestions, six sigma projects, QC presentations, sales) are more important than value/quality (real returns, profits)."

"Give importance to people as best resource, show quality and profit orientation."
