"Performance is not as important as being a yes man, lack of strategic orientation, management not sensitive about human resource, doors are open if someone is not interested. TQM is losing its value, numbers (of suggestions, six sigma projects, QC presentations, sales) are more important than value/quality (real returns, profits)."
