Submit a Review"Working as a deployment tech has been a great way for me to cut my teeth on actually working in IT. But once you've mastered the basic tasks, and the peculiarities of the tools and environments, you don't have much challenge left. Taking on the additional role of "sweeper" and following up with support the morning after vastly increased the breadth and depth of my troubleshooting skills, but again has a limit. The only way to continue to improve at this point is to move up or move out."
