"The role of a dental assistant can be strenuous yet enjoyable. The acts of constantly being on your feet and keeping yourself busy with work is an advantage to me. However, as a dental assistant, I did not enjoy the low pay that I work really hard for. In the last three years, I have only received one raise and one bonus."

"look into benefits for staff, and consider monthly bounses as well as insentives"
