Denco Construction Specialists Employee

"I really enjoyed working for Denco until it became very obvious that the company was way in over its head on every job they underbid and won the contract for. Upper management would not communicate with employees and there was a huge lack of support from the office staff. The office manager and owner would not return text messages emails or phone calls for employees, clients or subcontractors. Payment for work completed was generally months behind schedule which meant keeping a project moving and on schedule was impossible."

Subcontractor

"I have worked with DENCO on many projects. They are very professional and treat their employees like family. They have very experienced subcontractors who work together with the project managers. Together they bring projects together in due time and per the owner's liking. This is a great company to work for. I just wish they were into hotels. Closes they come to is Town Homes."

"Pros: Denco is a great fit for someone starting out and learning. Cons: Denco does 1099 and does not withhold taxes. I had some good learning experiences and learned a lot of the underground utility processes that must be done right in order to prevent ripping up concrete for missed underground utilities, testing, and inlet procedures."
