"I worked for Democracy prep @agassi campus in Las Vegas Nevada for a total of 3 months. At first it seemed like the ideal teaching environment until I found out that I had little to no control over how I taught my classroom. There was no textbooks for the students or teacher, lesson plans had to be made based off of previous lesson plans that teachers made the precious years. The administration showed favoritism with certain faculty members and others for the book thrown at them. No freedom to make your classroom your own and they had teachers perform mundane tasks that was nothing more than busy work."
