"I did like the people and the values of Deltacom at one time but they changed and it was horrible. That is why I left."

"REALLY THINK BEFORE YOU TAKE A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES."

What don't you like about working at Deltacom?

"Management. My manger was horrible. He was not a leader at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Chasnge management and wake up and smell the coffee. You can't pressure your sales people you have to try and reward them that way they will want to sell more."
