"Dell Financial Service good division within Dell but mgmt it needs to focus more turnaround than a quick sale"

What do you like about working at Dell?

"Well managed and good environment for career development."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"However, there is not much promotional opportunities due to Dell's financial problems. There were too many layoffs to enjoy any employment stability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was to much wasted effort in selling the Dell Financial Services organization when it was obvious that no buyers were available. Management should have been managing the company for a turnaround instead of seeking a quick fix by selling the organization."
