"I worked in Dell Force 10, which is a networking division of Dell. The work culture is excellent, team members are friendly and smart, and there are a lot of mentors to help you develop your skills and become more valuable to the company. My recommendation for interns coming in is to be aware of the fundamentals in networking and know python programming beforehand. This will help the intern have a higher chance of being converted to full time."
