The work culture is excellent, team members are friendly and smart, and there are a lot of mentors to help you develop your skills and become more valuable to the company. My recommendation for interns coming in is to be aware of the fundamentals in networking and know python programming beforehand. This will help the intern have a higher chance of being converted to full time."

"New college grads are consumed at a large rate here but the opportunities for making good money are there if you're willing to put in the hours."

"What have you done for me lately... the culture has a short term memory for those that go above and beyond."

"I'm not sure what management ca do to change the culture other than support your workers."
