"It's not a bad place to work, but they need to mature as a company in order to continue their sucess."

"Narrowminded management did not see the value in expanding the customer base, specically in the Chicago area. Also, compensation was below average for this market."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow the Chicago office and vary compensation based on the market."
