What do you like about working at Dell?

"I liked the independent nature of my job and traveling to the many locations that needed warranty repair done."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For a starter/intermediate position, you should do well. It is a good steeping stone position that will get your hands on into the realm of hardware break/fix."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"Payroll was being constantly late. Upper management did not work well with the people in the field"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be that they talk to the people in the field more to better grasp what they needed to do the job."
