"I like the opportunity to work with small business and finding ways to assist with the goals they have in place. Financing is a great opportunity for those goals to be obtained."

"Yes, stay focused and always put the customer first...and you'll do just fine!"

"There are no advancement opportunities here in TN. If I were willing to move there could be however my home is in TN and I plan on staying here."

"This is a good company. Not much to suggest."

"Have examples and proof of everything that you say that you have done."

"They weigh too much on the (Internal) interview process for team mates to advance when they have proven that they can handle the resposibilities time and time again. In other words, it's a buddy system. If I am in a position, I can tap you to ensure that you interview for a chance at advancement."

"Look more closely at what the EE's have proven that they can handle regardless of whether or not he/she was coached for the typical black and white answers to interview questions."
