"I do like everything related to real work in the Project to deliver great projects within the scope we have. Difficulties are sometimes about uncertainty in future if your project is coming to it's end."

"not a damn thing. everyone is crooked and ignorant. The only good thing about this job is going home."

"RUN do not WALK away from this unsafe, poorly managed, criminal company."
What don't you like about working at Ferrellgas Partners?
"The fact that you are NEVER rewarded for your work. IN FACT they like to cut hrs, short hrs, and deny overtime!!!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"GO TO COLLEGE! GET EDUCATED! Possibly consider SAFETY for once, especially since it is a hazardous material. Wonder why the plant in TAVARES blew LACK of safety instruction, out of code gas lines, tanks, and trucks."

"I liked the good culture while there, and I always had great managers to work for!"

"Be confident and show that you are inventive! Know what you are talking about, because there is expertise on the other side talking to you."
What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?
"I dislike every year wondering whom I had to let go from my team. Cisco always employed what is called the top people in the industry, meaning that we as managers needed to weed out the ones that did not belong, even though they might be still 'good'."

"Stay in your core when it comes to the business management."

"The culture, the work itself and the kind brilliant people. Cinsay is an amazing company and I am blessed to had the time I did with them."

"Be aware that changed often happen and you run the risk of being laid off."

"The uncertainty that comes with working for a start up. There were constant changes and risks involved."

"The opportunity to travel, work in dynamic environment, get exposure to clients and learning the business from the client."

"Once the role is defined in the agreement they should be willing to keep that role for a few years since there is no growth."

"Not much room for growth, there are no training sessions for the employees."

"To provide training sessions once in a while so that the employees can acquire new skills besides the ones that they already have"
