Commander

"Since joining DLA a couple of years ago everyone from top to bottom has treated me like a family member. Conversations with partners, clients, and colleagues always begin with people catching up on a personal level. It is very evident that the firm’s client relationships are long-standing and cultivated over many years of excellent and efficient service. Being part of the boutique firm allows everyone a high level of visibility, “you have a name, not an employee number” attitude. Many times throughout a workweek you will see partners, not just directors or managers, walking associates, and seniors through items to help cultivate growth and knowledge transfer."
