"The only tip I have is to think to dress professionally."

"The hour are very long no over time and you had to work six days a week."

"My manager was very intelligent and helpful, but as far as up management they to look at what is going on in the field."

"Flexibility. Ability to grow and manage a territory. The customer facing opportunities and being a trusted advisor"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and willing to work hard, but the overall rewards can be great. Long hours and schedule unknown until the morning you arrive at work so planning all time off in advance is a must."

What don't you like about working at DEFENDER Direct?

"As changes were implemented they only lasted for a few weeks without a true indication of how well the changes were working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more engaged in the work/life balance of the installation technicians."

"I don't have anything bad to say. Everyone is very upbeat so far but if I do come across something in the future, I will give suggestions."

"Try not to let our SA get burn out. We need to make sure that they have what they need in the field."

"Too new to observe anything that I would provide to a manager at this point. If anything the TRAINING was excellent provided by Norbel."
