Deer Valley Unified School District Employee

"I worked for Deer Valley for about 8 years. If you are a driven individual with ambitions and steam I cannot recommend working here. If you want job security and not too much pressure to perform, this is your dream job. Things vary slightly within those statements but generally hold true. There is a significant amount of bureaucracy involved in all but the smallest of decisions. Having said that, there are a lot of hard working dedicated people working there that I have nothing but good things to say, but they are not the norm."
