"I worked with Dedola Global Logistics since June of 2018. It is a small, family owned company with only about 20 employees. The good part of working at a company this size is that you can immediately feel the impact of the work you do. The hierarchy is relatively flat. You are challenged and they always encouraged you to generate new ideas and use an outside-the-box approach. I was paid fairly. Two times per month they bring in breakfast for you. The HR practices are very "old school". You are expected to be in your seat at your desk at all times. The HR Manager frequently makes rounds to see what everyone is doing. Essentially, there is a lot of micromanagement. Also, it is not a very comfortable working environment."
