"I've worked for DearDoc for the past two months. I could not be more positive about the company culture. Despite being remote, people genuinely care about each other, and make sure to celebrate individual and collective achievements. However, both upper management and the company's practices leave a lot to be desired. There was a constant threat of termination if you failed to reach quotas that often felt unreachable. Furthermore, we were instructed to lie to customers in order to earn their trust, which I found difficult to reconcile with on a personal, moral level."
