"You will do well here if you have absolutely no life, family, or obligations outside of work. I've worked for company long enough to have weathered more corporate restructuring and changes in project management methods than I care to count. I believe the founders genuinely believe everything they say at orientation the problems happen when they walk out and you fall under the VPs and directors because these guys outright ignore everything you say. Some work in offices adjacent to each other but somehow never talk to each other. I have packed up and moved from the east coast to the west coast just to be told a week later to move back.Despite your work responsibilities and the number of people that report to you, you will be treated like vending machine.As long as you give them what they select your fine but if you run out of change, a product, or electricity your are beat on and cursed at (even though someone higher on the ladder is responsible for the electric bill)."

"It was suffocatingly Christian and a holier than thou attitude pervaded the whole business. I was very uncomfortable opening every office meeting with extensive prayers to Jesus. Very weird."

"Tone down the religion so it isn't uncomfortable for the employees that are not religious zealots."
