"Employed with Dean Development for 1 year. The company employs around 18 employees. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. Overall is a fine company that is trying to expand into other regions of the midwest outside of Kansas and missouri. Easy going upper management. Only wish they provided benefits. Everyone works well."
