"This is honestly the best employer I have had the pleasure to work for. The culture is all about bringing out the fun in all you do, but on the flip side demanding success from yourselves and each other. A big thing is personal responsibility which I find refreshing. I've had my share of production whoopsies and never felt put down or bad due to it. Just be upfront, honest and fix the problem, then the boss buys lunch, you get a good natured ribbing and all is well. Pay is subpar though."
