"reasonable compensation, management usually leaves you to do your work without much intervention."

"Be very careful interviewing with them. Ask lots of questions and, if possible, speak with current or former employees about working for them. They make it sound much sweeter than it actually is. There is very high turnover for new hourly employees."

"Pay attention to your workers and listen to them. Make sure they have the resources they need to do the job safely and effectively."
