"I have worked for DCPS since August of 2017, I do enjoy most aspects of the company like compensation and opportunity. However, working for certain principals your job skills and observation can be very subjective. you could be a 4 and doing excellent work for one principal and another does not see the work you are putting in."
"After working for DCPS, I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone. It is a cutthroat environment with an evaluation system designed to find ways to pay you less and demean you along the way, all the while providing few opportunities for growth and even fewer encouragements."
