"Worked for DCAA for about 4 years and I am still waiting for it to get better. The supervisors do not do their jobs, one is worse than the other. The work is very boring and staying here I fear that it will pigeon hole me and limit my skills."

Senior Auditor

"I spent 10.5 years in DCAA. I got tired of supervisors and managers not doing anything to get reports issued. The government is set up apparently for people to flex, telework, call in sick, postpone due dates, and never getting the army, navy, and airforce what they need to negotiate contracts. I'm glad I left. I'm not ruled by money but by a need to help people. I'd rather help people in volunteer work for Jesus than earn money and feel corrupt."
