What do you like about working at DBCI?

"It was a great place to be everyday."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't get me wrong, DBCI was probably and still could be a great company again. But I see two factors that might prevent it from happening, the market and some of the key personal still in place today."

What don't you like about working at DBCI?

"The last 6 months before the company decided to let go 1200 employees nation wide. You could feel the tension, plus DBCI president, brought in a gentleman from our sister company that had just blown a major account and basically turned him into a V.P. My granddaughter has more experience at management the he did. This person made the titanic look like a successful journey and at the end beat it to the bottom of the ocean."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is all hind sight now. But if the want to save DBCI I would advise them to hire back as many of the top players in CS and management that I could.. I feel it might be way to late, but the battle isn't over until the last shot rings out and the last person is standing."

"Interview honestly and ask smart questions based on research you have done prior to the interview."

What don't you like about working at DBCI?

"Not much I did not like...left to become President of a Real Estate Development & Management company."

"Train folks to become leaders more."
