"Nothing ... management is uneducated! Total demeaning in response to questions. Does not care about employees."

"Don't do it unless you are desperate. Not a place for anyone. Mgmt talks to employees like they are trash."

What don't you like about working at Dayton Freight?

"Management talks to you like your are a dog. The cursing, yelling and back stabbing in unbelievable. plus there is no real training or OSHA Certification."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to manage people with out being down right nasty and all the cursing."
