"I worked for this company almost 8 years. The working environment is not the best. Very dusty with little or no effort to make improvements. Company will not even try to invest in a higher caliber employee. They want the most and will only pay for the least. This Philosophy comes straight from the top and will not change. The condition of the equipment is showing the caliber of workers they employ, and there lack of commitment to preventative maintenance. No vision toward the future."
