Daybreak Solar Employee

"The job posting on Indeed.com states that the company will "provide 2-3 warm leads per day." This could not be further from the truth in Houston. Instead, the sales consultants receive 3-4 terrible leads per week. So, management started an effort to encourage sales consultants to self-gen leads, which was never part of the job description in the job posting. I witnessed 8 sales people for the Houston area come and go in less than 2 months because of the bait and switch tactics, most without making a dime! It would be in the best interest of anyone considering employment here to completely understand that this is strictly a self-gen sales job, or consider looking elsewhere. Please don't be tricked like so many that have come before you."
