"I have been here since 2017. This is a strongly Christian company, but has an excellent eye for talent and accepts all faiths in our goal of Building Dreams and Enhancing Lives. Management is always looking for ways for you to keep your career on track and growing so that this will be the last place you will ever work."

"Manager lets me leave work all the time if things get too stressful. My manager will also be the one paying for drinks when he needs to unwind."

"Try to get in your managers clique. If you don't, you will have a hard time there."
What don't you like about working at David Weekley Homes?
"Pay is low. Bonus sometimes seems like a pipe dream. They will ask you to help someone out but that means you will share in the blame afterward. Not worth it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Train those guys! Totally unprofessional. Stop just hiring yes men who dont have a clue how to manage."

"I worked outside, the job was challenging and changed everyday. It really allowed me to think outside the box."

"Know that where ever they put you, it's going to be really messed up. Don't give up, work hard and you can turn it around."

"Not much bad to say here. If it wasn't for the housing market crash, I would still be working there today"

"Don't shoot from the hip when problem solving. Sometimes a little time is needed to make a proper decision"
