"If you really really need a job, tell them how much you love Tennis and the Trucking Industry."

"Initially, I thought it was a company which had many opportunities for career growth and advancement. I thought my position was secure and they were satisfied with my work and performance because they never mentioned it. I came to discover the management isn't too concerned about employee growth and morale. They are only worried about their bottom line and will do what it takes at all costs to achieve it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management shouldn't work against their employees and for them. As I worked hard and was on-call the past week prior to them releasing me, they were more concerned about my dismissal instead of helping me when I had a customer in NY needing help on an issue. In fact they spent the past 3 weeks planning my dismissal, lying and being conniving. The very day they released me, they rehired a previous contractor who had once worked for them. I felt as though I had been setup from the get-go and they only had me there to fill a seat until they could convince this person to return."
