"Total responsibility for AP operation. Product used to be marketable product in niche area and highly profitable. Free to travel as long as it is justified."

"Memory technology has become jedec standard from proprietary design. Profitability has come down a lot. It's taking so many years for the company to develope new business line but still postponed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start up the new business ASAP. Reduce size of operation and focus on core-revenue customers. Improve profitability by targetting end-users than channels."
