"When I first started, the technology was interesting and new. I was also able to learn new skills."

"The company still has a lot of great people so go in expecting the best and try to stay positive."

"Lack of focus and experience in management. No support for IT, looked more as a utility that part of the company."

"Be more focused on goals rather than jumping to extremes. Management could use some training on how to be managers."
