"I love the vendor management aspects and my role as part of a larger IT leadership team. I love being an expert of database infrastructure. There is nothing I hate about being a database manager but I would like to have more responsibilities then I currently have."

"I love being in a leadership role because that is something I have done my entire life since I was 12 years old. I started working for the company at 15 years old making minimum wage and with the expansion of the company I feel though my pay has definitely increased, the degrees I have worked for show that I am capable of making more and it is time for me to move to another company and show my true abilities."

"working in an office building gets very dull and repetitive"

"I would revamp our website to make it more attractive and user friendly"

What do you like about working at Transfield Services?
"I enjoy the work and the people. I currently interact mostly with Chevron personnel and other Contract Companys' Health and Safety Managers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Always do your due diligence and research a company before an interview."
What don't you like about working at Transfield Services?
"The commute is too long. I spend 4.5+ hours per day in the car. Additionally, there are currently no positions available that are any more advantageous in terms of compensation or location."

"Flexible work schedules and exciting events at the casino and city wide events."

"Be prepared for the small town area, and limited pay scale."
What don't you like about working at Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino?
"The pay scale for the Laughlin area is very low as compared to other locations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is difficult to retain great employees given the pay scale, but given the surrounding area, perhaps other forms of compensation can be offered."
