"It was decent pay."

"Don't. Word has it they outsourced lots of clerical functions overseas, they had the unions accept wage cuts, and you're not likely to work there long before it goes under at this point. I heard it was better before YRC took over."

"Extremely low morale, lack of respect abounded, and camaderie was sporadic at best, nonexistent at worst."

"Your workers are not drones."

"I liked the fact that OT was able to find me a job in these economic times."

"Interview only if you really need the money and don't mind being mistreated by management, in-office staff, and clients."

"I was constantly reminded that I was disposable and they would have no issues replacing me. They never took my performance into account, and they would make blanket accusations regarding professionalism, despite it not applying to the majority of the people on the assignment."

"I have no suggestions. I was thoroughly disgusted by their treatment of employees and their obvious bias and fear of the supervisor on the assignment."

"I like the flexibility of accepting or denying big or small assignments for branded corporations or small businesses."

"You should be yourself and succeed on all of the aptitude tests in order to start work tomorrow."

"I dislike assignments not being available when I need to work."

"Managers should create more incentives for employees on their accomplishments, such as a get-together or Christmas party for those employees who have completed 1,500 hours of services for RHI."
