"New employees must not take short cuts. Make sure they follow the protocols."

"This is not a permanent position. It is a contract position."

"Management must find ways to keep good employees by making the position permanent."

"Low stress; friendly, helpful co-workers and supervisors; decent salary and benefits; easy"

"Completely depends on the type of job you're applying for as there are several different areas of work here, but I guess if I had to say something it would be to present yourself as down to earth and professional."

What don't you like about working at KCI?

"The work is monotonous, tedious data entry. What else can I say about it"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't know, I don't really know how she runs the show as I don't see that much of her. However, I do believe she is doing a good job as the company consistently has new business and the people working for her really seem to be on the ball and work very hard. It's not the company that's the problem..it's me."
