"I've worked for Daramic since 2003. I've found it to be a strong company with good core values. Daramic employs 650 people with two plants in the USA. They are a good ethical company to work for and I'm proud to have worked for them this past 17.5 year."
"This company has excellent pay and benefits but the organization starting at the corporate level is fairly dysfunctional. The senior leadership team has very little connectivity to the plants below them so they do not always make the best decisions. They often choose the cheapest way rather than the best way to do things so getting real progress completed is often difficult and can be frustrating."
