"I enjoy spending time working on the production workfloor and working with people in all the different departments everyday."

"Since the company is going through tough financial times, I would recommend a contract be negotiated before going to work there. I believe they are on the right track and will suceed."
What don't you like about working at Danskin?
"The fact that I am closing the plant although moving the production to another country with lower wages is not a bad decision."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The new management for the company needs to involve it's middle managers in the transition process. I believe they are making progress in this area."
